The kit contains electronic ear plugs which - in addition to their actual function of protecting the hearing - improve both situational awareness and communication in demanding areas of application.

Equipped with a level-dependent function for the perception of ambient noises, on the one hand they effectively dampen loud levels and on the other hand ensure that even weak tones do not get lost in quiet surroundings and can be easily perceived. In addition, it contains a small antenna, through which the wireless reception of audio signals is possible.

Operation is convenient and simple using a button. This not only switches the hearing protection on and off, but also regulates the volume in three stages and adjusts the radio function.

The kit comes with a storage box with a mobile charging station that is operated with three AA alkaline batteries (up to 16 charges possible) and has a charge status display. The earplugs themselves are recharged via contacts in the storage box. This is optionally possible through a USB charging input when connected to a computer or a socket.

Thanks to its innovative construction, the microphone of the LEP-200EU is protected against the ingress of water. Rubber seals also protect the earplugs from moisture and dirt.
